Cuvée Carat was born to explore the lines of purity in a Champagne wine, and the image of the diamond appeared to me. Cuvée Carat oscillates between minerality and sensuality. It took 7 years of work to achieve this perfection. I aim to convey my passion for life through this exceptional champagne.”

In my vision, I sought an unconventional winemaker deeply rooted in the heart of Champagne, primarily in Épernay and in the most exquisite villages of the region, including Aÿ.
In Aÿ, it is a century-old house and a still discreet estate, endowed with genuine expertise. The encounter with Emmanuel Delescot was an obvious match. Together, we targeted the specific plots. We then worked hand in hand for several years to create the Champagne wines of Cuvée Carat.

ELEGANCE AND CHARACTER
The parcels lie on Premier Cru designated land. It is a subtle and mineral wine. The Marne region yields soil rich in chalk, with a certain depth in which the vines thrive. Chalk forms the foundation of this renown. When the vine draws its resources from such a challenging environment, a grape of remarkable character is born, allowing us to extract its quintessence.
