Carat Cuvee was born to explore the lines of purity in a Champagne, and the image of the diamond appeared to me. Cuvée Carat oscillates between minerality and sensuality. It took 7 years of work to achieve this perfection. I aim to convey my passion for life in this exceptional champagne. »

In my vision, I sought an unconventional winemaker deeply rooted in the heart of Champagne, primarily in Epernay and the most exquisite villages of the region in Aÿ.
In Aÿ, there is Edouard Brun, a century-old vineyard domain that remains discreet yet possesses genuine expertise. I met Emmanuel Delescot, and together, we targeted the specific plots. Once the collaboration was established, the task was to build. We worked hand in hand for several years to create the Champagne  of Cuvée Carat.

To extract the quintessence from our premier cru, nature demands 36 months of aging in oak barrels.

With each harvest, the parcels and yields of the domain are selected to meet the requirements of  Cuvée Cara wine making.
